This amazingly simple Relocation kit works in conjunction with H-D's re-designed (2014+) Tour-Pak mounting architecture, making the Tour-Pak more stable and stronger with the unique DK Custom Tour-Pak Cross-Support.
There is no drilling or tapping, it is a simple bolt-on installation. This is an EASY install.

*The Tour-Pak Filler Pad is Specifically Designed for '97- 2025 Touring and Trike Models to fill the open area between the rear of the passenger seat and the Tour-Pak when using The Tour-Pak Relocation Kit. Depending on the location of the Tour-Pak, it may sit flat or be angled up when no one is sitting on it, but when sitting on the cushion it feels perfectly smooth. It can be used with the 2026 model, but it’s not a perfect fit. It feels comfortable for the passenger; however, aesthetically it doesn’t look as good because the seat texture changed, and the slot is slightly different compared to the 2014–2025 models. We are currently working on a more fitting filler pad for the 2026 models.

All you need is some basic hand tools and a can do attitude. I would recommend this kit for anyone trying to move the Ol’ Lady back 1-3”!

I was actually very suprised at how stout the side rails are. Its light weight aluminum so weight isnt much of a factor, but if anything ever happened to the bike, id expect this part to survive over any other part of the bike.

Easy install, very well made 0 people found this helpfulThis is probably the easiest thing I’ve installed on my trike. Followed directions and had it installed in about 30 minutes. Very solid, well designed and made. All parts necessary for the install is in the package. Wife loves it, all that matters. Makes putting the rear seat bolt in a lot easier. Highly recommend this kit.

Outstanding Product 1 people found this helpfulI ordered the relocation kit with filler pad. This was actually my 3rd relocation kit in the last 14 years. As always, this one was great quality from DK. The new filler pad was also high quality and Velcro installation was much better than having to bolt it on. It is a very thick foam and we are still making adjustments to that, however since DK made the cover with a zipper in the back we can easily take the foam filler in and out for sizing. This is by far the best quality filler pad on the market.

It has made no difference to the handling but has increased the space for the passenger and that's good. With no passenger it has given me more space for tent or sleeping bag. Great more. Worth every penny 3 people found this helpfulMy wife struggled with rides over an hour. Her hips really hurt due to positioning. The 3 inches that the relocator provides gave her relief and allowed her to be able to move her hips in a more comfortable position. Now she can ride for hours. Installation instructions took a bit to understand but was actually pretty easy. I'm not a mechanic...lol. The extended pad that covers the wiring is never in stock. I've heard they stopped making it. I took the original added 8 inches to it with a leather fabric and added a high density foam. My aunt sowed it up for me. It covered the gap and gave more cushion to not feel the wiring.

Perfect fit 0 people found this helpfulThe tour pack setback went on as described. I would suggest you watch the video from DK Custom. After watching, the instructions make a lot more sense and it not as difficult as you think. Definitely have the help of a second person to take the tour pack off and put it back on. Took me about an hour. There should be a back rest additional flap available.

It took about 45 minutes to install on my 21 tri glide ultra. I recommend this product and would buy another if I needed it! I have always been satisfied w DK Custom products and the product support is most helpful on other modification. Going to get the rear lift kit w shocks next and then the oil relocation kit. On going process to make it like I want. Probably my last trike being I will be 71 this August 2024.

Easy install and solid fit 0 people found this helpfulI’m put this on my 21 trike and it was very easy and took about an hour. The different settings make it nice if you don’t need the full 3 inches of extension. Watch the installation video and it will explain everything.

Instal instructions 0 people found this helpfulIt’s a great kit but the instructions should note on the 2023 oem bolts from inside of tour pack are a 1\2 inch to long so you can mount the fram to the kit until you get shorter bolts there are 4 of them except for this small issue it a great product just include shorter bolts for the install

One suggestion for the instructions would be to note that the stock tour pack studs are captured and not through bolted so there is no need to remove the tour pack liner. Some may know this, but if you've never removed one before, you would not. Now, if they had a filler pad to go between the tour pack and the back of the seat, it would be perfect!

Simple instructions, easy install, very happy with the end results, provided extra room for the rider not having the pillion pushing me forward. Having to pay $135.00 for the Kuryakyn filler pad, which has taken 3 weeks for delivery. That was purchased seperatly from Kuryakyn, other carriers were sold out.That extra space is worth having,installed on a 2021 Tri Glide.

Happy wife ( me too) 0 people found this helpfulGot this to get the wife off my back...literally. Install was easy. Did it 3 times. 1in wasn't enough. 3in was too much.2in was just right. She has short legs so I had already done the adjustable Passenger floorboard because the Jesus bars got her in the back of her legs. Moving her back 2in puts her where the bars still slightly touch her legs but she's coping with it. All in all everything is good. By all means get the Kuryakyn filler pad. You will need it to fill the gap. 2014 Tri Glide works great. Highly recommended.

Wife is short legged so I removed the chrome grab bars so the back of her legs didn’t rub. Well worth the money! Quality is at another level! Would recommend to anyone with a trike. Installed the original behind the kuryakyn filler pad for extra comfort. Installed 1” SS bolts to mount filler pad due to extra thickness of pads.

Absolutely essential add-on! 0 people found this helpfulI knew this would be a valuable add-on, but I had no idea what the total difference would be. It is, IMO, an absolutely essential add-on. I have noticed some copycat relocators on the market-- Chinese counterfeiters. Study them-- they are NOT the same quality and strength as this one. They might look similar, but they are not. This is the real deal. And it works. And it is more valuable to have than you probably realize. And, it is *easy* to install!

Excellent Quality and Fit 0 people found this helpfulInstalled on 2022 Ultra Limited. Perfect fit. Excellent quality. I like the fact that this kit has the cross brace to support the underside of the fiberglass trunk. Better kit for less money than some other popular ones, in my opinion. Love the fact that the hole spacing corresponds to the adjustment slots in the factory bracket. Can move the screws from one hole to the next one at a time, and not have to remove them all at once...eliminating the risk of dropping the Tour-Pak. Even allows you to use one set of holes in the front of the slot and one set in the rear to lock the Tour-Pak in place with no danger of it sliding by itself. Familiarize yourself with the instructions before peeling off the 2-sided tape. Trim the corners of the tape, if needed, before placing them in the pockets. I did use 1/4 inch longer bolts to get more thread engagement. Check the bolt length by temporarily installing one bracket before putting the Tour-Pak on, to make sure the screws don't stick through the bracket and damage the fiberglass. Tilted my trunk up onto the seat and secured it there with 2 straps hanging from a hook I had in the ceiling. Had plenty of wire length to allow for adjustment. May add the longer "skirt" later to fill in the now-larger gap behind the seat. Six-foot wife loves it with the trunk moved back 2". Great kit!

Trunk Reloctor kit for HD 0 people found this helpfulInstalled on 2021 TriGlide Ultra. Fitment correct, Really simple to install, Familiarize yourself with steps and parts to be used from kit and where they go. When you take trunk off, have place to lay it down so not to scratch it. And use the torque values when reinstalling with kit. We set trunk back as far as it would go, it left a gap behind passenger seat, wife made cushion, covered it with seat material to match seat, filled the void and and looks really good.

Excellent! 0 people found this helpfulEasy to install. Took about 30 minutes, Perfect fit. Great quality parts. 1" spacing works well with the 1" adjustment in the factory rack. Can slide to the rear of 1 adjustment, and move 1 bolt at a time to the front of the next position. No need to pull all the bolts out at once and take a chance on losing control of the Tour-Pak. Did change to a longer bolt (1/4-20x1) to get more threads. 1" long bolt with washers is perfect on my 2022 Ultra Limited. Currently have it set at 2" back. Wife (5' 11") is much more comfortable. Plenty of room for both of us to be able to change position as we ride. Factory wiring was plenty long enough for full adjustment without having to move any wire routing. I like the cross brace that supports the bottom of the Tour-Pak. Better than the other brands and cheaper to boot. This is the first mod to my new bike, and it is a definite winner. Love it!

Quick Delivery & very good phone manors. The Kuryakyn Filler pad is a nice feature that can be purchased. Tech Tip: Before installing the filler pad, compress the 2 holes with a nut bolt and large washer. Compress it hard. Go drink a beer then come back and install the OEM hardware. The new filler will mount with ease because of that pre compression of the bolt holes on the filler. Thanks DK.....George

The hardest part of this install was deciding how far back to mount it. All SS hardware takes the worry out of moving it later down the road. Yeah, like that would ever happen. Go big or go home. If you think you may need to move it. Get their adjustable relocator.

Great product 0 people found this helpfulMoved the tour pack back a total of 3 inches. Removing the screw to remove the seat is much easier on my '15 triglide plus gives more room for Passenger to get on/off and has more room for passenger.

The installation took about one hour and was perfect. I chose to move the tour pak back as far as possible, which worked perfectly for my wife. The install was easy, ( especially if you watch the you tube video), did not take long at all. If the light for underneath wasn't so dang expensive, I would have installed that. Can't go wrong. Seceret is to lie on your back and look up 0 people found this helpfulMounting went much smoother when I could see the holes. Was actually using the wrong set of holes in the plastic base of the tour pack. Lying down and looking up @ the tour pack solved the issue.

Product is heavy duty, precise machining for a perfect fit, easy install (if follow instructions), well coated for corrosion protection and is adjustable. Since I have mine all the way back did have to get a custom filler pad made at Daytona bike week vendor ($80). Wife is very happy with the extra room even with my drivers back rest in place. Very happy with purchase as with other DKCP trike products I've purchased.

Excellent product 0 people found this helpfulI was not aware anyone even made a relocator for tour paks on Rushmore bikes. Price was reasonable so I bought it. It was pretty simple to install once I realized the stock bolts only hold the tour pack to the relocator. You have to put the bolts supplied with the relocator up from underneath to attach the tour pak and the relocator to the platform on the bike. Once I figured that out it was a simple install. Set mine back 2 inches and what a difference! I too ended up buying the Kuryakyn pad to cover the gap. Excellent product... Wife says she doesn't even notice that it sets the back rest up about 3/4 inch higher. Very happy with it fit perfect on my 2015 FLHTK Ultra.

2017 Tri Glide Ultra 0 people found this helpfulWife said she was uncomfortable because she couldn't stretch her legs out far enough. I installed Kuryakyn passenger Hi-Way pegs. After riding awhile she said she was still uncomfortable. Installed DK Customs tour pack relocation kit and that solved. As an extra bonus it made my ride more comfortable too because she wasn't right on top of me. The kit is top quality and was not hard to install. Instructions are well written and easy to follow. I recommend two people to lift the tour pack off and putting it back on.

The relocator kit gave me that extra room. Shipping was very quick and the kit was very easy to install. Well worth the money spent. Would recommend it.

2019 Tri Glide 0 people found this helpfulGreat fit and quality. Has 1”-3” of adjustments. Only had to move tour pack back 2”. It will raise tour pack about 1/2”, but it made it more comfortable for wife. I bought the Kuryakan padded filler to cover the wiring harnesses behind the seat.

The alignment of the mounting holes was precise. We're running it with the tour pak in the 3" location. My passenger has a lot more room now. I recommend this kit.
